# Tạo chẩn đoán hệ thống

Bộ phận hỗ trợ VergeOS có thể yêu cầu quản trị viên hệ thống tạo một tệp chẩn đoán hệ thống để lấy nhật ký chi tiết từ nền tảng. Tệp chẩn đoán sẽ bao gồm nhật ký chi tiết từ tất cả các nút trong một hệ thống và đóng gói chúng thành một tệp nén duy nhất, sau đó có thể dễ dàng tải lên bộ phận hỗ trợ một cách tự động hoặc tải xuống để gửi qua email hay dịch vụ chia sẻ tệp của bên thứ ba.

Dưới đây là các bước để tạo và tải xuống tệp Chẩn đoán Hệ thống.

1. **Đăng nhập** vào **cha/gốc** môi trường. Tệp chẩn đoán cần được tạo tại **Môi trường cha**, thay vì một **thuê bao**.
2. Từ menu trên cùng, chọn \*\*Hệ thống > **Bảng điều khiển**
3. Trên **Bảng điều khiển hệ thống**, trong menu điều hướng bên trái, **nhấp vào Chẩn đoán Hệ thống**
4. Từ **Chẩn đoán Hệ thống**, trong menu điều hướng bên trái, **nhấp vào Báo cáo mới**
5. Khi đã vào **Báo cáo chẩn đoán hệ thống mới**, hãy điền **Tên**, **Mô tả**, và **tích vào "Gửi thông tin chẩn đoán tới bộ phận hỗ trợ VergeOS**, sau đó nhấp vào **Gửi** ở cuối. Thao tác này sẽ tạo một tệp nén chứa nhật ký hệ thống.
6. Hãy chờ trong khi tệp nhật ký nén được tạo. Cột trạng thái sẽ hiển thị trạng thái là **'Đang tạo"** sau đó chuyển sang **'Đang gửi tới bộ phận hỗ trợ'**.
7. Khi hoàn tất, trạng thái sẽ chuyển thành **'Đã gửi tới bộ phận hỗ trợ'**.
8. Khi gửi xong, bạn cũng có thể tải xuống tệp về máy tính cục bộ của mình.
