# Restablecer la contraseña administrativa de un inquilino

Instrucciones paso a paso para restablecer la contraseña administrativa de un entorno de inquilino en VergeOS.

Si necesita cambiar las credenciales administrativas de un entorno de inquilino en su sistema VergeOS, siga estos pasos:

1. Inicie sesión en el entorno de VergeOS donde está alojado el inquilino.
2. Vaya al **Panel del inquilino** del inquilino para el que necesita cambiar la contraseña de administrador.
3. En el **Panel del inquilino**, haga clic en el **Editar** botón en el menú de navegación izquierdo. Esto abrirá la pantalla Editar inquilino.
4. En la pantalla Editar inquilino, escriba la nueva contraseña en el **Contraseña del usuario administrador** campo.
5. Vuelva a introducir la contraseña en el **Confirmar contraseña del usuario administrador** campo.
6. Después de ingresar la misma contraseña en ambos campos, haga clic en **Enviar**. Si las contraseñas no coinciden, aparecerá un mensaje de error.
7. Después de actualizar correctamente la contraseña de administrador, abra un navegador web y vaya al entorno del inquilino donde se cambió la contraseña.
8. Inicie sesión como administrador. El nombre de usuario será **admin** y la contraseña será la nueva contraseña que guardó en el paso 6.
