# Das Administratorkennwort eines Mandanten zurücksetzen

Wenn Sie die administrativen Anmeldedaten für eine Mandantenumgebung in Ihrem VergeOS-System ändern müssen, befolgen Sie diese Schritte:

1. Melden Sie sich in der VergeOS-Umgebung an, in der der Mandant gehostet wird.
2. Navigieren Sie zum **Mandanten-Dashboard** des Mandanten, für den Sie das Admin-Passwort ändern müssen.
3. Im **Mandanten-Dashboard**, klicken Sie auf die **Bearbeiten** Schaltfläche im linken Navigationsmenü. Dadurch wird der Bildschirm „Mandanten bearbeiten“ geöffnet.
4. Geben Sie im Bildschirm „Mandanten bearbeiten“ das neue Passwort in das Feld **Passwort des Admin-Benutzers** ein.
5. Geben Sie das Passwort erneut in das Feld **Passwort des Admin-Benutzers bestätigen** ein.
6. Nachdem Sie in beiden Feldern dasselbe Passwort eingegeben haben, klicken Sie auf **Absenden**. Wenn die Passwörter nicht übereinstimmen, wird eine Fehlermeldung angezeigt.
7. Nachdem das Admin-Passwort erfolgreich aktualisiert wurde, öffnen Sie einen Webbrowser und navigieren Sie zur Mandantenumgebung, in der das Passwort geändert wurde.
8. Melden Sie sich als Admin an. Der Benutzername lautet **admin** und das Passwort ist das neue Passwort, das Sie in Schritt 6 gespeichert haben.
