# 从系统快照恢复

## 从您的提供商/主机访问系统快照

**这些说明适用于本身就是租户的系统。如果您的提供商允许，您可以请求从提供商的快照中访问您环境的快照。请求后，该快照即可用于恢复您的单个 VM 或整个环境。**

1. 导航到 **系统** > **系统快照**.
2. 将显示可用快照列表；其中类型为 ***提供商*** 的快照是由主机创建的。 **点击以选择所需的提供商快照** （所选快照将显示勾选标记）。
3. 点击 **向提供商请求** 在左侧菜单中。
4. 将出现确认对话框。点击 **是** 以继续拉取所选快照。
5. 确认流程后，从主机下载快照可能需要 15 秒或更长时间。传输完成后，该快照将显示为类型 ***本地*** 并带有绿色指示；此时可按下文所述用于从系统快照恢复整个系统、租户、VM 和卷。

**在向提供商请求快照后，且其显示为 *****类型=本地*****时，可编辑快照以修改描述和过期时间。将过期时间延长时，务必考虑对存储的影响；长期快照会随着快照与实时数据之间的数据分歧随时间增加而显著增加存储占用。**

## 从快照恢复整个系统

本节提供在 VergeOS 用户界面内恢复整个系统的说明。

### 系统要求

* 完整系统恢复仅支持在创建快照的本地系统上进行。此操作不能用于将一个站点恢复覆盖到另一个站点（例如，不能将站点 A 恢复到站点 B 上）。
* 恢复整个系统需要重新启动所有节点。

完整系统恢复会将所有系统组件还原到快照状态，包括：

* 虚拟机
* 租户配置
* NAS 数据
* 系统设置
* 所有其他系统组件

这是一次全面恢复，无法有选择地仅应用于特定组件。

1. 导航到 **系统** > **系统快照**.
2. 点击 **选择所需的快照** 从列表中。
3. 选择 **恢复** 在左侧菜单中。
4. 将出现警告消息，提示这将覆盖整个系统。
   * 默认情况下，已选择以下选项： **创建快照** 在执行恢复前对整个系统进行快照。这样如有需要，之后可以将系统恢复到执行恢复操作前的状态。
   * 默认情况下，以下选项已启用： **在恢复后重新启动所有节点** 。这将让系统处理节点重启。完成系统恢复需要重启所有节点。
5. 点击 **继续** 按钮继续，或 **取消** 以中止。
6. 将出现另一条确认消息。要继续系统恢复，请点击 **继续** 按钮，或者什么都不做，因为 **除非取消，否则恢复操作将在 60 秒后继续。**

## 从系统快照恢复所选租户

完整系统快照包含创建快照时的所有租户。部分系统快照则仅包含根据包含/排除标签配置所选的租户。

1. 导航到 **系统** > **系统快照**.
2. **选择所需的系统快照** 从列表中。
3. 点击 **查看租户** 在左侧菜单中。系统将显示所选系统快照中包含的所有 VM 列表；这可能需要几分钟时间。
4. **选择要** 恢复的租户。
5. 点击 **恢复** 在左侧菜单中。
6. A **确认** 对话框将要求您点击 **是** 以继续（如果您想取消操作，请点击 *否* 以取消该操作）。
7. 快照租户列表将显示勾选标记和 ***完成*** 消息，位于每个已恢复租户旁边，并显示新创建的租户实例名称（原租户名称后附加副本编号），例如：“已恢复到：tenantExampleCorp (1)”。
